Why dive here
With 142+ marine species recorded in the area - including barracuda, blue-spotted stingrays, eagle rays, sea turtles and sperm whales - Clement Reef offers some of Sipadan's richest reef diving. Water ranges 29-31°C, warmest May, October, November.
Clement Reef, a less frequented spot in Sipadan, often delivers surprises. We’ve drifted here amongst schools of bumphead parrotfish as they munch on the corals, and sometimes, a passing grey reef shark or two. It’s a good option for those looking for a quieter dive away from the busier Sipadan sites, offering a chance to simply observe the reef's daily rhythm.
