With 142+ marine species recorded in the area - including barracuda, blue-spotted stingrays, eagle rays, sea turtles and sperm whales - Dreamer Shore offers some of Sipadan's richest diving. Water ranges 29-31°C, warmest May, October, November.
Dreamer Shore is a straightforward shore dive, usually the first stop for divers getting comfortable in Sipadan. The max depth of 13m makes it easy for beginners to navigate. We often see turtles here, casually munching on the seagrass, along with the usual reef fish. It’s a gentle introduction to Sipadan’s calmer side before the bigger currents kick in elsewhere.
