Indian Brother s reef
Why dive here
With 142+ marine species recorded in the area - including barracuda, blue-spotted stingrays, eagle rays, sea turtles and sperm whales - Indian Brother s reef offers some of Sipadan's richest reef diving. Water ranges 29-31°C, warmest May, October, November.
Indian Brother’s is one of those Sipadan sites that often gets overlooked, but it’s still a good dive. We typically find reef sharks cruising the deeper sections, and the coral bommies hold plenty of macro life if you slow down and look. It's usually a pretty relaxed drift along the wall, perfect for those wanting to take their time and spot some nudibranchs. Visibility averages around 15-20 metres most days.
