Mamutik Island, Mid Reef - Sipadan

Mamutik Island’s Mid Reef is a gentle introduction to the Tunku Abdul Rahman Park, often our first splash when we’re shaking off the travel dust. At a shallow 17m, it’s an easy run for newer divers or those who just want a relaxed hour underwater. You’ll find patches of hard coral, home to plenty of angelfish and the occasional cruising parrotfish. It’s not a thrill-a-minute dive, but it’s reliably pleasant, and we often spot cuttlefish here, doing their camouflage dance. For a straightforward, no-fuss dive, Mid Reef delivers.
