Mamutik Island, Pyramid Reef - Sipadan
Mamutik Island’s Pyramid Reef is a gentle introduction to the diving around Sipadan, a good spot for easing back into things or for newer divers. The reef here tops out around 17 meters, making it a comfortable depth for extended bottom times. We've seen a surprising number of juvenile reef fish tucked into the corals, and sometimes, a green turtle will cruise by in the shallows. It’s a nice, relaxed dive, perfect for photographers wanting to practice their macro skills without fighting a current.
