South Point - Sipadan

South Point on Sipadan delivers exactly what it promises: a classic wall dive with some serious current. We usually drop in and let the water push us along, keeping an eye on the sheer face that drops into the blue. It’s where you’ll often spot grey reef sharks cruising out in the open, and sometimes, if you’re lucky, a hammerhead will ghost past in the deeper water. The wall itself is riddled with crevices, home to nudibranchs and smaller reef fish, but the real draw is the parade of pelagics pushed in by the flow. This is a site for divers comfortable with drift diving and keeping an eye on their buddies.
