With 107+ marine species recorded in the area - including blacktip reef sharks, sea turtles, whale sharks and pufferfish - Pulau Pemanggil offers some of Tioman Island's richest diving. Water ranges 28-31°C, warmest April, May, November.
Pulau Pemanggil, further afield from Tioman's main dive areas, offers a decent boat dive. We usually see schools of fusiliers and various reef fish darting around the bommies. It’s generally a relaxed dive, good for divers who appreciate a quiet, less-frequented spot. Conditions can vary, so we always check with the local operators before heading out.
