With 107+ marine species recorded in the area - including blacktip reef sharks, sea turtles, whale sharks and pufferfish - Teluk Dalam offers some of Tioman Island's richest diving. Water ranges 28-31°C, warmest April, May, November.
Teluk Dalam offers a gentle introduction to Tioman diving, a shallow site topping out at 17m. We usually find this a good spot for new divers or those refreshing their skills. Expect to see reef fish darting amongst scattered corals, with nudibranchs often spotted if you take it slow. It's a relaxed, easy dive, without strong currents.
