Silver Tip Bank - Mergui Archipelago

Silver Tip Bank is one of those Myanmar sites where you drop down and just wait, fingers crossed, for something big to swim past. The depth maxes out around 24 meters, making it a comfortable intermediate dive, mostly just observing the blue. We've often seen grey reef sharks patrolling the deeper edges, and sometimes a silvertip or two makes a pass, living up to the name. It’s a good spot for divers who enjoy patient drift dives and aren't solely focused on macro life.
