Stork Island/Koh Chi - Mergui Archipelago
Stork Island, or Koh Chi as some know it, offers a good intermediate dive in the Mergui. We generally drop to about 22 meters, exploring rocky reefs and some surprisingly colorful soft corals. You’ll often find schools of yellow snapper hanging out, and we’ve spotted leopard sharks resting on the sandy patches a few times. It’s a solid dive for those who appreciate quieter sites and aren't chasing big pelagics, though we always keep an eye out.
