Hoare Reef
Why dive here
Hoare Reef is a reef dive where divers can encounter sea turtles and sperm whales. Water ranges 27-30°C, warmest May, June, July.
Hoare Reef, off the coast of Palawan, is a decent coral reef dive. You'll often find green turtles cruising over the corals here, usually in the shallower sections. It’s a pretty straightforward dive, good for getting your fins wet if you're looking for something calm. We’d say it’s a solid addition to a multi-dive day, rather than a standalone star.
