Virgin Island
Why dive here
Virgin Island is a reef dive where divers can encounter sea turtles and sperm whales. Water ranges 27-30°C, warmest May, June, July.
Virgin Island, off Palawan, offers a straightforward reef dive. We usually see a decent scattering of reef fish here, things like parrotfish and a few anemonefish darting amongst the corals. It's a relaxed site, good for knocking off a couple of easy dives, especially if you're looking for something gentle. Don't expect big pelagics, but it's a solid, pleasant dive.
