Mar y Cielo in the Visayas is a decent spot if you're looking for a relaxed dive. We’ve found a mixed reef, sloping gently, with good numbers of smaller reef fish – think triggerfish, wrasse, and the occasional turtle cruising by. It’s generally a pretty calm dive, making it a good choice for newer divers or those who just want to unwind without strong currents. Expect a pleasant, straightforward dive rather than anything dramatic.
