Why dive here
With 554+ marine species recorded in the area - including barracuda, blacktip reef sharks, blue-spotted stingrays, manta rays and mobula rays (devil rays) - San Antonio Reef offers some of Visayas's richest reef diving. Water ranges 28-31°C, warmest May, June, October.
San Antonio Reef off the Visayas offers a straightforward coral dive. You'll find scattered patches of coral amongst sandy areas, with schools of Endracht Hardyhead and Tropical Silversides often hanging about. It’s a good spot for a relaxed second dive or for newer divers looking to practice buoyancy in calm conditions. We've found it generally pretty mellow.
