With 554+ marine species recorded in the area - including barracuda, blacktip reef sharks, blue-spotted stingrays, manta rays and mobula rays (devil rays) - Santiago Bay offers some of Visayas's richest reef diving. Water ranges 28-31°C, warmest May, June, October.
Santiago Bay offers a straightforward reef dive, dropping to about 26 metres. It’s a good spot for newer divers to get comfortable, with generally mild conditions. You'll find a healthy mix of corals, and while it doesn't boast huge pelagics, there's always something interesting to spot among the reef fish. It’s a solid choice for an easy, relaxing dive.
