Turtle Buddy Divers - Southern Islands
The team at Turtle Buddy Divers are exactly who you want to dive with when exploring Singapore’s Southern Islands. These guys specialise in making the most of what Singapore offers, which means knowing the sites around Pulau Hantu, Kusu, and St. John’s intimately. We love their smaller boat trips, which feel more personal than some of the larger operations, and it really lets them tailor the dives to the conditions and the group’s interests. They're PADI 5 Star IDC, so if you're looking to go pro or just take that next step in your training, you'll be learning from instructors who know the local conditions inside out. We've often found ourselves on dives where they've spotted something we would have swam straight past, like a well-camouflaged flatworm or a tiny nudibranch tucked away on a sponge. Our favourite thing is how they keep an eye on the tides and currents, often suggesting a slightly later start to hit slack water at a particular spot, which makes a huge difference to enjoying the sites here. They’re fantastic for divers who appreciate a more attentive, less rushed approach to diving, perfect for those weekend escapes from the city.
