Heluputan, nestled within Singapore's Southern Islands, offers a decent reef dive. You'll find a scattering of hard corals and various small reef fish going about their day. It’s a pretty easy dive, suitable for divers wanting a relaxed drift or those looking to get some buoyancy practice in. We often pop over here when we want a quick escape from the city.
