With 158+ marine species recorded in the area - including blacktip reef sharks, blue-spotted stingrays, mobula rays (devil rays), whale sharks and pufferfish - Koh Jorakea offers some of Gulf of Thailand's richest diving. Water ranges 28-31°C, warmest April, May, June.
Koh Jorakea sits at a beginner-friendly 14m, making it ideal for those just getting their fins wet. You’ll find a mix of soft corals and anemones clinging to the rocky bottom, often with juvenile reef fish sheltering amongst them. It's a nice easy dive, good for practicing buoyancy or getting comfortable in the water.
