Goodtime Adventures - Koh Tao
The team at Goodtime Adventures are your go-to if you’re looking for a relaxed, confidence-building experience on Koh Tao. We’ve sent a few nervous friends their way, and they always come back raving about the patient instructors and small group sizes. It really makes a difference when you’re learning, or if you just prefer a less crowded boat. What we really love about Goodtime is their approach to the whole dive day. They don’t rush you. Our favourite memory is a morning dive at Twins, just us and one other buddy pair, where our instructor pointed out a tiny painted frogfish camouflaged on a sponge – the kind of thing you’d miss on a packed boat. They’re brilliant with first-timers, getting you comfortable in the shallow bay before venturing out. Their beachfront base on Sairee is a huge plus too, perfect for a pre-dive coffee watching the longtails, or debriefing with a cold drink afterwards. Plus, being SSI, they’re super flexible with course schedules, which is ideal if you’re trying to squeeze in some rock climbing or a snorkel trip with their private boat charters.
