Hin Pleng East is a calm, shallow spot on Koh Tao's eastern side, good for newer divers or those looking for a relaxed afternoon. You’ll find a mix of soft corals and rock formations, home to smaller reef fish and occasional blue-spotted stingrays resting on the sandy patches. It's a nice, easy dive, usually with good visibility, making it ideal for skills practice or a gentle introduction to the area.
