Hin Pleng West sits at a shallow 18m, making it a good spot for newer divers getting comfortable in Koh Tao. The site's a mix of small rock formations and sand, home to an assortment of common reef fish like damselfish and fusiliers. It's not a site that will blow you away, but it's a calm entry for practice dives or to spot some of the smaller, shyer stuff. We often see whip corals and anemones tucked into the crevices.
