Soldier’s Cabin Bay - South - Koh Tao

Soldier's Cabin Bay South is a calm little spot, perfect for getting comfortable in the water. We usually drop in here with newer divers, as the maximum depth holds steady at 12 metres, and you're generally well-sheltered from strong currents. Down on the sandy bottom, you’ll find small coral bommies scattered around, home to plenty of angelfish and damselfish darting between the polyps. Keep an eye out for blue-spotted stingrays tucked into the sand; they're often there. It’s a solid, easy dive to build confidence before moving onto some of Koh Tao’s deeper sites.
