With 176+ marine species recorded in the area - including giant moray eels, sea turtles and pufferfish - Sơn Long 08 offers some of Nha Trang's richest wreck diving. Water ranges 25-31°C, warmest May, June, September.
Sơn Long 08 is a shallow wreck dive in Nha Trang, sitting at a max depth of 9m. It's a dangerous wreck, meaning parts of it are unstable, but the remains offer some interesting swim-throughs and plenty of crevices for smaller reef fish. We’ve seen cuttlefish here too, often hiding amongst the twisted metal. It’s a good spot for newer wreck divers looking to get a feel for overhead environments without much depth.
