SARAH - Sandy Island

The SARAH wreck off Sandy Island is a solid dive, especially if you’re looking for something a bit different in Anguilla. This 69-meter motor vessel went down in 1984, settling upright on the sandy bottom at a shallow 5 meters. What’s great about the SARAH is how much of the superstructure is still intact; you can really get a sense of the ship's original layout. Schools of snapper often hold tight around the bow, and we've seen everything from moray eels peeking out of cargo holds to barracuda patrolling the deck. It’s an easy, relaxed dive, perfect for photographers or anyone who enjoys exploring a wreck without deep decompression worries.
