SEA HUNTER - Nassau & New Providence

The Sea Hunter, a motor vessel that ran aground in 1980 after fouling a reef, now rests in just two meters of water. It’s an easy, shallow dive, really more of a snorkel, perfect for a relaxed afternoon. We’ve seen plenty of juvenile reef fish sheltering in its nooks and crannies, and it’s always interesting to poke around the superstructure. Because it's so shallow, light penetration is excellent, making the surrounding corals pop. It’s a nice option for those looking for something different from the deeper wrecks, or for new divers gaining confidence.
