La Morena is a decent spot just off Varadero, easy enough for newer divers with a maximum depth of 16 meters. You’ll find a sandy bottom with scattered coral patches, home to typical Caribbean reef fish – sergeant majors, snapper, and the occasional parrotfish. It’s a relaxed dive, good for getting comfortable underwater or for a leisurely afternoon outing when you're in the area.
