The fishboat - Varadero

Down in Varadero, The Fishboat offers a good poke around for divers looking for a bit of structure. It’s not some grand warship, more like a working vessel that found its final resting place upright on the sand. We’ve found plenty of grunts and snapper schooling around the wheelhouse, and often spotted a big green moray peeking out from a darker corner below deck. It's a nice easy dive, suitable for open water divers, with the opportunity to penetrate a few open compartments if you’re comfortable. The whole thing sits at a depth that means plenty of bottom time, which is always a bonus.
