Mushroom Forest & Blue Room - Curaçao Southeast

Mushroom Forest and the Blue Room is a solid choice for a leisurely dive. We always find the "mushrooms" themselves fascinating: coral formations that have grown out over millennia, creating these distinct, cap-like structures. It’s a good spot for new divers, with a shallow maximum depth and generally mild conditions. The highlight, of course, is the Blue Room. You fin into a cavern, and when the sun hits just right, the entire space glows with an ethereal blue light, a really striking visual. It’s not a deep or challenging cave, more of an extended swim-through, making it accessible and genuinely enjoyable for most.
