    Pointe Mahaut in Cousteau Reserve is a solid choice for an easy dive, especially if you’re still building confidence or just fancy a relaxed swim-through. We found the 17m depth comfortable, giving you plenty of bottom time to poke around. You’ll generally spot lots of schooling grunts and snapper tucked under ledges, and we’ve had good luck here seeing barracuda cruise by in the blue. It’s a gentle introduction to the reserve’s feel, without any tricky currents to worry about.
