Why dive here
With 493+ marine species recorded in the area - including barracuda, blacktip reef sharks, bull sharks, dolphins and eagle rays - Carlos Rosario Wall offers some of Fajardo & East Coast's richest wall diving. Water sits around 27°C.
Carlos Rosario Wall offers a relaxed entry into wall diving, perfect if you’re new to the vertical drop-off experience. It’s not a deep dive, topping out at 14 metres, which makes for plenty of bottom time. We’ve drifted along, spotting green sea turtles grazing on sponges and the occasional barracuda hanging motionless in the blue. Keep an eye out for moray eels tucked into the crevices. It’s a solid pick for beginners looking to get comfortable with reef walls without the added complexity of strong currents or big depths.
