Black Beard Sports, based out of Fajardo on Puerto Rico's East Coast, offers a solid PADI 5 Star IDC operation. If you’re looking to get serious about your dive career, this is a good place to start, all the way up to Instructor Development. They run trips to a range of local sites, and while some of the nearshore spots can be weather-dependent, it’s a reliable base for exploring the area. We’d suggest checking their schedule for trips further out, as those tend to offer the better reef structures and fish action. It's a professional setup, great for those who value consistent training standards.
