    Luquillo Town Beach offers straightforward shore diving, ideal for a relaxed snorkel or a casual swim-through. Entry is easy from the beach, and the sandy bottom slowly slopes, giving newer divers a comfortable space to practice skills. You’ll find small reef patches dotted around, home to the usual Caribbean suspects like parrotfish and a few curious snapper. It's a low-key spot, more about easy access than big thrills.
