Palmero Canyons off Ambergris Caye offers some interesting topography. We’ve found the dive here typically involves navigating through sand channels that cut between coral walls. It’s a good spot for spotting nurse sharks resting and we often see schools of snapper congregating in the deeper sections. This site is best for divers who appreciate reef structure over large pelagics.
