The Elbow at Turneffe Atoll often delivers a thrilling drift dive, perfect for divers who enjoy a bit of current. We usually spot schools of horse-eye jacks and permit here, frequently visited by resident reef sharks. Visibility can be excellent, though the currents require good buoyancy control. It's a site we’d recommend for experienced divers comfortable with stronger flows.
