La Chancha on Costa Rica's Caribbean coast is a straightforward dive, often a decent pick when other sites are too exposed. We usually find green morays poking out from the rocks and a few schools of snapper moving through. Visibility can be a bit hit or miss, but it's generally a mellow dive, good for newer divers or for shaking off the rust. It’s a solid option for a relaxed afternoon in the water.
