La Viuda - Coiba National Park

La Viuda usually brings us pelagic action, so keep an eye out into the blue. We often spot schools of jacks and barracuda, with the occasional reef shark cruising past. The reef structure itself is fairly typical for Coiba, gentle slopes with scattered corals, making it a good spot for divers who appreciate the bigger picture rather than micro-critters. Currents can pick up, so it's best for those comfortable with drift diving.
