Carpet Cove - Kadavu & Great Astrolabe Reef

Carpet Cove in Kadavu offers a solid wreck dive, perfect for a relaxed afternoon. We usually drop onto the Japanese fishing boat, sunk in '94, sitting upright between 20 and 30 metres. It’s remarkably intact, draped in encrusting sponges and soft corals that add some real colour. While it might not blow your mind, it's a calm, easy dive with plenty of small fish sheltering in the wreck's structure. It's a good choice for those looking for a straightforward wreck exploration without strong currents or deep technical demands.
