Sea Fan Reef - Kadavu & Great Astrolabe Reef
Sea Fan Reef delivers exactly what its name suggests: impressive concentrations of large gorgonian sea fans. We've seen them in shades of purple and orange, often with pygmy seahorses clinging to their branches if you have a keen eye and a good guide. The site is a drift dive, making it suitable for divers comfortable with moderate currents, allowing for a relaxed tour of the fan-draped reef.
