VITI - Kadavu & Great Astrolabe Reef

The VITI wreck, a ferry sunk back in '82 after meeting Tivoa Reef, now rests as a pretty decent dive on Kadavu. It's not a massive wreck, but there’s enough structure for a good poke around the old hull and deck features. Over the decades, it’s become a home for a solid collection of reef fish, and we’ve seen some decent nudibranchs clinging to the coral growth that’s started to blanket the metal. It's a relaxed wreck dive, usually with manageable currents, making it a good fit if you’re keen on exploring a bit of history without fighting the elements.
