Viti Levu - Kadavu & Great Astrolabe Reef

Look, Viti Levu isn't often the first place divers think of in Fiji, but there are some solid reasons to dive here. Up in Rakiraki, the reefs hold their own with some surprisingly vibrant corals and plenty of the usual reef suspects darting around. It's a nice, easy dive, perfect for getting back into the swing of things or for those who prefer a more relaxed pace. Down south, near Pacific Harbour, things get a bit more dramatic with those famous shark feeds. We've done it, and watching bull sharks cruise by just a few feet away is a proper adrenaline shot, though it's definitely not for everyone.
