St Antao wreck - Sal
The St. Antao wreck off Sal is a proper explore, not just a quick peek. Lying broken in two pieces, the stern section sits upright and gives you plenty of nooks to poke your head into. We often find big schools of grunts and snappers hanging around the holds, and out on the deck, scorpionfish do their best impression of the barnacles. It's a solid dive for anyone comfortable with wreck penetration, offering a bit more adventure than some of the other sites here. Just watch for surge if the wind’s up, it can get a bit bouncy.
