Hondaafushi Faru is a reef dive where divers can encounter blue sharks, sea turtles and spinner dolphins. Water ranges 29-31°C, warmest March, April, May.
Hondaafushi Faru is a solid spot in Baa Atoll, particularly if you’re still getting comfortable in the water. The reef tops out at 20 meters, a nice, easy depth for extending your bottom time without feeling rushed. We often see plenty of small reef fish here, darting amongst the hard corals, and it's not uncommon to spot a turtle cruising by. It's a relaxed dive, perfect for a gentle afternoon exploration or if you're keen to work on your buoyancy in calm conditions.
