Kandhoo faru is a reef dive where divers can encounter blue sharks, sea turtles and spinner dolphins. Water ranges 29-31°C, warmest March, April, May.
Kandhoo faru in Baa Atoll offers a straightforward reef dive, bottoming out around 25m. It’s a good spot for newer divers to get comfortable, with generally gentle conditions. You'll find a healthy coral reef here, often with reef sharks cruising by and schools of snappers holding their position in the mild current. We’d suggest it for an easy second dive or a relaxed introduction to Maldivian reefs.
