Himmafushi Corner - North Malé Atoll

Himmafushi Corner is a gentle introduction to Maldivian diving, a good spot for easing back into things or for newer divers. The reef here drops to a comfortable 24 meters, a relatively shallow slope that makes for an easy drift. You'll often find a lazy current carrying you past table corals and whip corals, with plenty of small reef fish like damselfish and fusiliers darting about. We’ve seen juvenile reef sharks tucked under ledges and an occasional eagle ray gliding past in the blue. It’s a pleasant, easy dive, perfect for getting those buoyancy skills dialed in without too much distraction.
