Kuda Madi Giri - North Malé Atoll

Kuda Madi Giri in North Malé Atoll is a relaxed dive, a perfect intro to Maldivian reefs without the usual current drama. It’s a shallower giri, only dropping to 23 metres, which means plenty of light for the corals. We often spot turtles here, just lazily munching on the hard corals, and the overhangs provide shelter for white-tip reef sharks having a snooze. This site is great for newer divers or anyone wanting an easy second dive, more about soaking it all in than battling a rip.
