Thinga Thila - North Malé Atoll

Thinga Thila is a nice, relaxed reef dive, easy to navigate in North Malé. We've often found it's a good spot for newer divers to get comfortable with the Indian Ocean’s rhythm, since the currents here are usually pretty mild. The reef itself drops to a gentle 21 meters, scattered with healthy soft corals that sway with the surge. You'll likely spot plenty of fusiliers zipping around, a few reef sharks patrolling the perimeter, and we’ve had good luck with turtles napping on ledges. It’s not an adrenaline rush, but it’s consistently enjoyable.
