Maaya Lagoon - Rasdhoo Atoll

Maaya Lagoon in Rasdhoo Atoll offers a relaxed dive, a pleasant change of pace from some of the atoll's more demanding drifts. We generally see an abundance of Staghorn corals here, so much so that it can feel like a field of them stretching out. Look closer amongst the branches, and you might spot False Virgin Cones or even a Granular Frog Shell inching along. It’s a good spot for divers who enjoy taking their time, perhaps perfecting their buoyancy over the reef.
