With 148+ marine species recorded in the area - including blacktip reef sharks, sea turtles and whale sharks - Dangheti Port offers some of South Ari Atoll's richest diving. Water ranges 29-31°C, warmest April, May, July.
Dangheti Port isn't the prettiest reef in South Ari, but it's a solid drift dive when the currents are running. We've seen eagle rays cruise through the channel, and the resident batfish school is always entertaining. It’s a good spot for intermediate divers looking for pelagics, though the coral isn't the star here. Best done on an incoming tide.
