Maamigili Beyru - South Ari Atoll
Maamigili Beyru is a gentle introduction to the Maldives’ vibrant reef diving. Dropping to a comfortable 23 metres, it’s an easy drift along a healthy coral slope, well-suited for newer divers or those looking for a relaxed afternoon dip. We’ve often found groups of bannerfish schooling by the overhangs, and it’s not unusual to spot a white-tip reef shark cruising the sandy bottom if you keep an eye out. The visibility here is usually pretty solid, making for a pleasant, unhurried exploration.
