Nursery Thila - Vaavu Atoll

Nursery Thila is a neat little pinnacle in Vaavu Atoll, perfect for getting your fins wet if you’re newer to diving. The top of the reef sits around 18 metres, making it an easy, relaxed dive where you can take your time. We’ve often spotted plenty of juvenile reef fish darting around the corals, earning the site its name, along with the occasional reef shark cruising by a little further out. It’s a great spot for building confidence and just enjoying a calm swim.
